This machine is composed of five parts: submersible pump, jet, diffuser, suction pipe and hose. On the basis of traditional jet flow mechanism, it integrates advanced diffuse flow technology and adopts jet flow aeration method.
During operation, the water pump impeller is driven by the submersible motor to rotate at high speed, pushing the mud-water mixture into the jet to form a jet, creating a negative pressure zone around the jet, and sucking air into the negative pressure zone of the jet nozzle through the suction pipe, in the jet's throat. The gas, water, and mud are fully mixed, and the kinetic energy of the jet is gradually transformed into pressure energy through the diffuser of the jet, and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas, water, and mud mixture is further mixed, forcing the gas to continue to shear, crush and emulsify, ensuring that most of the oxygen is fully dissolved in the water. At the same time, under the action of the jet fluid pressure, the jet carries oxygen molecules and tiny bubbles, sprays and diffuses obliquely downwards from the nozzle of the diffuser, forming an impact and stirring on the water body and the sludge at the bottom of the biochemical tank. The bottom slowly rises to the water surface, and the residence time of microbubbles in the water is generally more than 30 seconds, so that the oxygen in the air is fully dissolved and absorbed, and the oxygen transfer efficiency and oxygenation capacity are improved.
This equipment can make the muddy water and air generate high negative pressure and strong turbulence, stirring and shearing in the jet, and promote the high frequency oscillation of the liquid film and the air film, so that the bubble diameter is greatly reduced, and the number of bubbles increases. Increasing the specific surface area of the bubbles, while also making the gas-liquid film thinner, can greatly reduce the mass transfer resistance, so that oxygen molecules can better transfer from the gas phase to the liquid phase.
In the process of high-speed advancement, the jet has a high angular velocity under the action of high-speed rotation in the disperser, so that the jet has a strong penetrating power, makes the tiny bubbles travel far in the water, and enhances the ability of stirring, pushing and aeration. .
Efficient dissolved oxygen
The unique diffuser design makes the inhaled air and muddy water mix evenly, produces small and numerous bubbles, and has a high dissolved oxygen rate. The oxygen transfer efficiency is as high as 30%, which is 35% higher than the traditional blast aeration.
Stir well
The high-speed rotating air, water, and mud mixture (ie activated sludge) has strong penetrating power, so that the oxygen transfer efficiency in the water is high, and at the same time, it achieves a good stirring effect, which can ensure that the activated sludge is evenly mixed and keep the activated sludge in a suspended state . At the same time, due to the strong effect of stirring and mixing, the volume utilization rate of the aeration tank is improved.
No noise in operation
This equipment is designed for underwater operation, no noise, improves the working environment, and can be arranged in sewage treatment facilities in living quarters.
System performance
This equipment does not need the fan room and complicated air pipeline system in the blast aeration method, the system is simple, there is no clogging phenomenon, no air filter device is needed, and the operation is stable. Both the jet and diffuser are made of corrosion-resistant high-density polyethylene engineering plastics, and the submersible pump adopts mechanical seals for reliable operation.
Easy to install and low maintenance
This equipment can adjust the air volume arbitrarily according to the structural characteristics of the aeration tank, the volume of the water to be treated, the change of water quality indicators, etc., and the installation position, arrangement method, spray angle, diving depth, etc. can be flexibly selected. In this equipment, the jet is usually installed on the diffuser, and the submersible pump is arranged separately and connected by a hose so that the pump can be lifted out for maintenance, avoiding emptying the pool during equipment maintenance. At the same time, it is more convenient to transport, hoist and disassemble.
Since the jet and diffuser are static equipment and do not require operation and maintenance, the submersible pumps are made from professional manufacturers and the quality is easy to guarantee. Therefore, this equipment basically does not require frequent maintenance. Generally, submersible pumps are routinely maintained once a year.
Scope of application
This equipment has a wide range of applications. It can be used for industrial wastewater treatment and domestic sewage treatment, and can also be used for surface water treatment of rivers, lakes and other surface waters, and water supply treatment for iron and manganese removal from groundwater; it can be used for aeration and stirring of activated sludge aeration tanks. Homogeneous mixing in conditioning tanks, aeration and sand sedimentation in sewage treatment plants, aeration in aerobic tanks, mixing in coagulation tanks, and mixing in chemical reaction tanks, etc.
